......grausam...ja. Da bekommt man dann verständlich Angst, dass die Seuche kurz über lang dann trotz der aufwendigen Arbeit wieder durchkommt.
Wie grundierst du denn die "Problemzonen"?
Ich habe bei meinem vorgesehen, diese Bereiche mit Ferpox zunächst zu grundieren. Sowiet möglich, werde ich die Falze zusätzlich vorher mit Epoxy versorgen. Die weiteren Hohlräume, Falze werde ich mit Epoxy vorbehandeln und dann an-/abschließend mit Liquid Film und ggf. Sanders versiegeln....

Hallo,
Die Wenn ich neue Bleche ein Setze nehm ich eine spezielle Grundierung die beim Schweißen nich abbrennt.
Ansonsten werde ich vor dem lackieren alle halter und sonstige Bereiche deutlich besser abdichten wie es ab Werk war. Und alles was dann rostet können wir eh nicht ändern
Konservieren werde ich wahrscheinlich mit Terroson. Mike Sanders ist mir nicht geheuer, sorry
Ansonsten gibts nur noch das Säurebad und anschließend KTL was definitib besser aber auch sehr teuer ist
Zu teuer für unsere Autos.Gruß Mark

Allein auf Sanders würde ich mich auch nicht verlassen.....das wäre auch nur der I-Punkt auf die Versieghelung mit Epoxy und Liquid-Film.
